Position Summary...

Working as a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. The Consumables Associate is a customer service champion that contributes to the high-volume, fast-paced flow of merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor. This Associate will function as part of a team to stock and process merchandise and assist customers with their shopping needs, all in a safe and clean environment. If you are looking for an exciting job in customer service or retail, working as a Consumables Associate may be a great fit for you!

What you'll do...

1. Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant tous les clients poliment et avec courtoisie, en faisant la promotion des produits et des services auprès d’eux, les aider à repérer la marchandise et à prendre des décisions d’achat, résoudre les problèmes connexes et transmettre les préoccupations, au besoin.
2. Couvrir un ou plusieurs secteurs désignés dans l’aire de vente.
3. Effectuer le zonage du secteur attribué.
4. Déplacer les articles-vedettes vers leur module principal.
5. Replacer la marchandise laissée au comptoir du service à la clientèle et dans les autres secteurs de la succursale.
6. Aider à couvrir l’aire des caisses.
7. Communiquer avec d’autres associés pour maintenir la couverture à l’aire des caisses.
8. Contribuer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles grâce au respect des directives et des procédures de l’entreprise, y compris en remplissant les registres des balayages de sécurité et en s’assurant que les présentoirs sont sécurisés.
9. Stocker les marchandises et les sélections, et les déstocker s’il y a lieu. Installer des dispositifs de sécurité sur les articles, au besoin. Installer et remplir les modules, y compris les modules flexibles, et mettre en place de nouvelles tablettes.
