Position Summary...

The purpose of the Manager Process Improvement and Execution is to develop replenishment associate capability to positively impact customer experience and overall business performance. Devise and implement innovative training and process strategies that connect to the company’s 3-year plan. Implementation includes facilitating learning sessions directed at replenishment associates on demand and fulfillment execution. The role will development improvement plans focused on supply chain strategies as identified through business analytics. This role works closely with Logistics, Category Management, Suppliers, and Store management teams to improve operational performance.

What you'll do...

1. Responsible for the execution of current SOP's and the implementation of new SOP's, initiatives and innovation, which includes all areas of the business.

2. Provides insight, support and feedback to the Replenishment leadership team in the testing, piloting and rollout of new processes.

3. Responsible for completing a diagnostic of replenishment associate capabilities with replenishment management to develop and implement an action plan for identified associates. The action plans could include re-training of some or all aspects of flow of goods, customized to the individual’s needs. This includes working with and leveraging subject matter experts in the implementation of the plan.

4. Facilitates replenishment training for new hires, as well as existing associates

5. Responsible for identifying & implementing process improvement projects.

6. This role is a key support to operational strategies and should be able to consult / mentor Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors on the metrics and consult on what levers to pull to improve performance and customer experience (availability, waste, inventory, level of fill, etc.)

7. Responsible for following the implemented changes for to ensure change is embedded in the replenishment teams.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on replenishment processes.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and project management.

Skills and Competencies

  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including piloting and rolling out new processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide insights and feedback to leadership teams.
  • Change Management: Experience in following through with implemented changes to ensure they are embedded in the replenishment teams.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Especially PowerPoint for training documentation and delivery

Personal Attributes

  • Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate assessments and implementation plans.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with replenishment management and subject matter experts, and with cross-functional teams.
