Position Summary...

The primary objective of the Program Manager, Supply Chain role is to develop and manage strategies to enhance the customer delivery experience through the continuous assessment, solution design and building consensus to drive continuous improvements aimed at achieving service excellence, increased retention/loyalty, topline growth, and market share.

What you'll do...

1. Conducts comprehensive root cause analyses of customer pain points. Collaborates with cross functional teams to develop strategies to enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint in the journey and analyzes customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

2. Designs and implements data models, then provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize Transportation Operations. Provide weekly and ad hoc reporting/analysis as requested. 

3. Responsible for cross-functional project management, involving coordination with diverse stakeholder groups to gather feedback and provide regular updates on project initiatives. 

4. Works as a subject matter expert to facilitate scoping, requirements, solution design and execution of programs to support the end-to-end Customer journey and mitigation of key friction points. 

5. Manages multiple work streams concurrently, collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions; following project methodology; aligning multiple project requirements; ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule in order to achieve project goals; monitoring key performance indicators; identifying and communicating status and adjustments to project milestones and transitions between project phases; identifying changes and escalating them to supervisors; and executing system changes.

6. Develops benchmarking and best practice initiatives that set direction for Supply Chain and Transportation optimization objectives for eCommerce.  Engage Key Stakeholders in Technology, Central Ops, Program/Project Management, and Customer Service, to drive solutions forward and solve problems. This role has a strong cross functional component and the ability to engage, influence and partner with different teams across Walmart is necessary. 

7. Monitors and reports metrics. Frequently visits and provides onsite support to FCs and stores across Canada. 

8. Influence and present to Director/VP level leadership, work cross-functionally to build consensus to ensure common alignment on strategic direction, objectives, priorities, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications:

University Degree or College Diploma or related experience

Strong project management, business analysis, and communications skills, accompanied by 3 to 5 years of experience

Experience managing projects that affect business processes, utilize organizational change management practices, and maintain and deliver an exceptional user and customer experience

PMP Certification from the Project Management Institution (PMI) would be considered an asset

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and updates, and interface with all levels of staff and leaders

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
