Position Summary...

The Senior Manager of Campaign Management will help scale and grow the Campaign Management organization. This seasoned leader will report to Director of Client Services and will be responsible in delivering all campaign executions, while growing and developing a team of campaign managers.

The candidate will have extensive campaign management background with a strong understanding of digital media operations within search, social and display solutions. They will also be responsible for leading, coaching and influencing their direct reports and Walmart leadership. They will act as the main point of contact to Connect leadership to ensure successful campaign executions, provide solutions and guidance for technical implementations and troubleshooting.

What you'll do...

Oversee the execution of various in-store brand activations, ensuring high quality delivery of audio ads, digital screens, print signage, sampling, demos, and experiential solutions.

Lead and manage a team of campaign managers responsible for seamless execution and delivery of in-store campaigns

Drive efficiency in store processes and apply best practices to scale across the organization

Ensure the timey and accurate execution of in-store operations, adhering to service level agreements and established

Track and analyze the performance of executions, reporting key insights and metrics. Provide feedback on improvements for future campaigns.

Work with production and creative agencies to ensure accurate implementation of store activities.

Foster strong operational rigor and discipline across the team to ensure standardized workflows across cross-functional teams

Own the daily functional management, triaging, and conflict resolution of issues for campaign management team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Omni-channel advertising,  marketing or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple activations, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively collaborate across the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful in-store marketing campaigns.
