Position Summary...

Working as a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. A Fashion Associate is a customer service champion that processes and stocks all fashion merchandise and maintains merchandise standards, including modular and signage integrity, all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute daily tasks as well as the execution of all seasonal arrangements. If you are looking for an exciting job in customer service or retail, working as a Fashion Associate may be a great fit for you!

What you'll do...

1. Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant tous les clients poliment et avec courtoisie, en faisant la promotion des produits et des services auprès d’eux, les aider à repérer la marchandise et à prendre des décisions d’achat, résoudre les problèmes connexes et transmettre les préoccupations, au besoin.
2. Contribuer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles grâce au respect des directives et des procédures de l’entreprise, y compris en remplissant les registres des balayages de sécurité et en s’assurant que les présentoirs sont sécurisés.
3. Traiter et stocker tous les articles de mode.
4. Veiller à ce que l’aire de vente reste propre et sans déchets.
5. Commercialiser les articles de mode ne faisant pas partie d’un module.
6. S’assurer que les fournitures et les présentoirs appropriés sont utilisés et les remplacer au besoin.
7. Utiliser le bon affichage, selon le module.
8. Réapprovisionner et commercialiser la marchandise saisonnière en temps opportun.
