Position Summary...
To assist Vision Centre and Opticians in the operation of the VC. To serve customers and total store with inquiries and provide customer service.What you'll do...
1. Greet customers and answer phones. 2. Help with the bookings of eye appointments. 3. Help maintain standards of the VC (filing, cleaning, displays, organization). 4. Help customers with their VC requests (choosing frames, accessories, repairs). 5. Aid in communication between vision parties (Opticians, customers, doctors). 6. Advanced POS transaction capability (interaction with benefits systems in addition to cash). 7. Maintain layaway. 8. Technical measuring of eyewear. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.55. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
