Position Summary...

Based in the RDC National Office, this role will serve as analyst supporting all functions under the logistics store support director; LSS, Claims, and ecommerce. This role will analyze operational performance based on data to proactively address issues or capture opportunities to improve overall business objectives. This role will also help to build and maintain current operating system such as Tableau, CRM, WTMS, and Quick base to educate our leaders on current metrics and support with next steps. In addition to the above, this role will be responsible for building the analytics behind the 5 year strategy under the LSS portfolio as it pertains to the teams analytics. This individual will be required to manage and build workflows whilst understanding the customers needs.

What you'll do...

Highly accessible point of contact for LSS, ecomm and Claims for building reports.

Ad Hoc reporting, analysis and presentation building for logistics leadership.

Immersed within the multiple systems to identify opportunities for service enhancement and/or cost reduction.Including but not limited to CRM/WCL/WIRE/Alteryx/PYTHON etc..

Conducting regular reporting improvements and enhancements.

Special Events: Oversees all special event reporting and execution including delay, claims, accessorial, load evaluations, carrier noncompliance, etc..

Data mining and reporting: Responsible for all related data mining and service level reporting by maintaining the tableau dashboards to ensure 100% data integrity and alignment amongst our business partners.

Managing performance of DC, Transportation and Store Operations to comply with the parameters of the Service Level Agreement and having clear KPI and indication reporting for senior leadership that is easy to comprehend.

Manages the salesforce database both users, modifications and overall system improvements and modification as well as servicing the platform.

Strong at building power point presentations for executive meetings..

Able to work efficiently to ensure satisfaction of all reported data to 100% accuracy.

Strong team player to be able to work with both cross functional leadership and peers alike.
