Position Summary...

This role contributes to Walmart’s success by providing planning, project management and replenishment oversight in new store, renovation, relocation, and prototype projects. This role is also responsible for the response and recovery efforts for a disruptive incident (store/DC), on behalf of replenishment. Due to the critical nature of this position, it will be critical for the incumbent to maintain the highest standards of excellence in all duties. The role will oversee the entire lifecycle for store development projects to ensure all projects are completed on time and within the established replenishment KPI’s. This role is regionally aligned to support store development plans, transitions, and disruptions. Identify risks, build, and execute mitigation plans with a sense of urgency.

What you'll do...

Facilitates on behalf of replenishment the project management of new stores, capital renovations, and capital initiative plans with limited guidance.

Facilitates on behalf of replenishment response and recovery efforts for a disruptive incident.

Produces, presents, and monitors replenishment KPI’s for new store, renovation, relocation, and prototype projects. Ensure KPI’s for these projects meet and/or exceed replenishment corporate KPI’s.

Re-engineering current store development processes to ensure simplicity and effectiveness. Remove non-value add steps and simplify the E2E business processes.

Accountable for leading and managing store disruptions

Identifies risks, builds mitigation plans and executes accordingly with a sense of urgency.

Addresses concerns and maintains consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues.

Manage relationships between all project stakeholders, regional Market leaders, store managers

Plan, execute and support change management & training

Strong technical, written, and verbal analysis and support in conjunction with leading initiatives

Ability to manage complex and conflicted feedback from cross functional partners for store development projects
